Firstly condolences to Paul, Tracy & family. Our association with Jean was through Harold & Glynnis Billson one Christmas and through these events lead to a friendship and a dealing of "home improvements" in Jean's unit at the Caister Lodge. Jean was always accommodating with our workers and always so easy to please. She had a wonderful outlook and mannerism about her that made people want to please her and most definitely to make sure that she was happy with whatever work was carried being out. Jean would phone us and couldn't stop telling us how pleased she was with her unit and re-assured us that she was going to "spread the word" about out excellent services. This she did. We had a few enquiries from her and for this we are thankful. Jean will be missed and most definitely always remembered. Rest in peace Jean.
