My husband Bernard is one of several cousins of Jeans late husband Derek. We have many fond memories of visits to their home in Blackpool and were so proud of her achievements in the competitive world of ladies hairdressing especially attaining the title of World Champion in the USA. She was hairdresser to all the big stars and her salons were the best.

We stayed several times at their homes in South Africa and were always delighted when they came to see all the family in England, the last visit by Jean was 2014 when the photos were taken but she always kept in touch by phone Lots of love from all the family in England and love to Paul and Ken and families
